
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking services with AlphadetailingToronto ("we," "us," "our"), you ("customer," "you," "your") agree to the following terms:
1. SERVICES
1.1 We provide mobile automotive detailing services at customer-specified locations within the Greater Toronto Area.
1.2 Service descriptions and pricing are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if:
• Vehicle is excessively soiled (biohazards, mold, infestations)
• Location is unsafe or inaccessible
• Customer behavior is inappropriate or threatening
2. BOOKING & SCHEDULING
2.1 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email/text.
2.3 Customer must be present or arrange key access at appointment time.
2.4 We aim to arrive within the scheduled window but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or prior appointment overruns.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
3.1 Customer Cancellations:
• 24+ hours notice: No charge
• Less than 24 hours: $50 cancellation fee
• No-show: Full service charge
3.2 Our Cancellations:
• We reserve right to cancel due to severe weather or emergency
• Customer will be notified ASAP and offered reschedule or full refund
4. PAYMENT
4.1 Payment is due upon completion of service.
4.2 Accepted methods: Cash, Interac e-transfer
4.3 Prices quoted are estimates - final price based on actual condition and time required.
4.4 GST/HST already included in prices
4.5 Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest.
5. LIABILITY
5.1 We are NOT responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage, scratches, wear, or defects
• Damage caused by age, poor maintenance, or manufacturing defects
• Electronic malfunctions (navigation, sensors, etc.) unless directly caused by our negligence
• Items left in vehicle (customer responsible for securing valuables)
• Stains/odors that cannot be fully removed despite best efforts
• Damage to aftermarket modifications or custom parts
5.2 Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before our departure and report any concerns immediately.
5.3 Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion.
6. WARRANTY & SATISFACTION
6.1 We guarantee workmanship for 24 hours after service completion.
6.2 If you're unsatisfied regarding the service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll fix it for you at no additional charge
6.3 This warranty does not cover:
• New stains/damage occurring after service
• Normal wear and resoiling
• Customer misuse or neglect
6.4 NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Customer must:
• Remove all valuables & personal items before service
• Disclose any known damage, stains, or issues before service
• Provide safe, accessible location with required utilities
• Secure pets during service
• Not interfere with work in progress
7.2 Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or service refusal.
8. EXTREME CONDITIONS
8.1 We reserve right to decline service if conditions are deemed too severe or unsafe.
9. PHOTOS & MARKETING
9.1 We may photograph vehicle before/after for quality documentation and marketing purposes.
9.2 Photos will not include license plates, personal items, or identifying information unless customer consents.
9.3 Customer may opt-out of marketing use by notifying us in writing.
10. PRIVACY & DATA
10.1 We collect: name, phone, email, address, vehicle info, payment info.
10.2 We use this data only for: service delivery, invoicing, appointment reminders, occasional promotional communications.
10.3 We do NOT sell or share data with third parties except payment processors.
10.4 You may request data deletion by contacting us.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
11.1 Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Customer's violation of these terms
• Inaccurate information provided by customer
• Customer's negligence or intentional acts
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Any disputes will be resolved through:
• Good faith negotiation first
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Small claims court in Ontario if mediation fails
12.2 Customer waives right to class action lawsuit.
13. GOVERNING LAW
13.1 These terms are governed by laws of Ontario, Canada.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
14.1 We may update these terms at any time.
14.2 Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14.3 Material changes will be communicated via email/text.
By booking our services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
